Privacy policy
ParkerAgent is a personal automation project operated by Austin Wang. This policy covers its connected-account workflows and the public information site at wangstar.com.
Information accessed
When authorized by its owner, ParkerAgent reads nutrition logs and health measurements such as weight through the Google Health API. Records may include food descriptions, calories, nutrients, dates, measurement values, and the originating app. OAuth credentials allow the project to access the approved data without storing a Google password.
Separately authorized integrations may supply exercise and recovery data from Hevy, Strava, and Oura. Notion access is used to read and create personal tasks.
How information is used
Connected information is used to prepare the owner's personal health summaries, report logging coverage, compare observations over time, and support reminders. AI-assisted review may be used to generate the summaries. Results are informational and can be incomplete.
Google user data is used only for these personal features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used by ParkerAgent to train general-purpose AI models. ParkerAgent follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Processing and sharing
GitHub Actions runs scheduled workflows, and a private GitHub repository stores distilled summaries and decisions. Selected context may be processed by Anthropic's Claude to generate a review. Notion stores the task list, and Telegram delivers summaries to the owner's configured chat. These providers process information needed for their respective functions under their service terms and configured account settings.
Health records are not published on this website. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or as necessary to protect the security of the project.
Storage, retention, and security
Credentials are kept in restricted local files or GitHub's encrypted Actions secret store. Raw Google Health responses are processed to produce summaries; the scheduled adapter does not commit raw food diaries. Private diagnostic copies may be retained during troubleshooting. Reports, task references, and decisions may be retained for ongoing personal history until the owner deletes them.
Reasonable access controls are used, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Repository history, backups, and provider logs may retain copies according to the relevant service's retention practices.
Your choices and deletion
You can revoke ParkerAgent's access at Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not automatically erase previously generated summaries. The owner can delete stored records and credentials or request assistance at austinwang@gmail.com.
Website visitors
This static site has no account form, advertising, analytics scripts, or application cookies. GitHub Pages hosts the site and may log visitors' IP addresses and technical request details for security and service operation. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if the project's data practices change. The effective date appears above. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to Austin Wang at austinwang@gmail.com.
