Terms of service
These terms cover ParkerAgent, a personal automation project operated by Austin Wang, and its information site at wangstar.com.
Purpose and permitted use
ParkerAgent supports its owner's reminders and private reviews of connected health and fitness information. It is a personal project, with no public account registration or paid subscription offered. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use, and use the project lawfully.
Connected services
Connected services remain subject to their own terms and availability. You control which access you authorize and can revoke it using the relevant provider's account settings. Access to Google Health is read-only. Data practices are described in the privacy policy.
Informational summaries
Data and automated or AI-generated summaries may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. ParkerAgent is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, or provide emergency care. Use qualified professional advice for medical decisions.
Availability and responsibility
The project is provided as available, without a service-level commitment. Features may change or stop operating. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, discontinuation, and contact
